Return and Refund Policy for ACV Consulting

We strive to deliver high-value, customized consulting services and assessments to help purpose-driven brands grow. Because our offerings—such as growth assessments, strategic plans, fractional CMO services, brand strategy masterclasses, and related deliverables—are personalized, intangible, and delivered digitally or through direct consultation, we have a limited refund policy.

General Policy

All sales of consulting services, assessments, strategic plans, reports, and digital courses/masterclasses are generally final and non-refundable once the service has been initiated or the deliverable (e.g., assessment report, strategy roadmap, or course access) has been provided. This is due to the customized nature of the work and the immediate value transferred.

Cancellations and Pre-Delivery Refunds

  • If you cancel before we begin substantial work on your assessment, strategic plan, or service (e.g., before the kickoff call or initial analysis), you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, at our discretion.

  • Please contact us as soon as possible at sales@acvconsulting.com to discuss cancellation. We will evaluate on a case-by-case basis.

Satisfaction and Quality Issues

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you believe the delivered assessment, strategic plan, report, or service contains significant errors, inaccuracies, or does not substantially meet the agreed-upon scope (as outlined in your proposal or order confirmation), please contact us within 7 days of delivery/receipt at sales@acvconsulting.com.

Provide details and any supporting information so we can review and, if appropriate:

  • Revise or correct the deliverable at no extra charge, or

  • In rare cases, issue a partial refund. We aim to resolve issues promptly and fairly.

Damages and Issues

Please review your delivered materials (reports, plans, access credentials, etc.) immediately upon receipt. Contact us right away if there is a technical issue (e.g., inaccessible digital content) or if you received something materially different from what was ordered, so we can evaluate and correct it.

Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items

  • Completed and delivered consulting assessments, strategic plans, growth audits, brand strategy masterclasses, or any personalized services/digital deliverables.

  • Services where work has begun or sessions have been conducted.

  • Sale/discounted services or any promotional offerings. We do not offer refunds simply due to change of mind, dissatisfaction with results (as outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control), or after access/delivery has occurred.

Exchanges or Alternatives

We do not offer exchanges for consulting services or assessments, as they are highly customized. If an issue arises, we will work with you to find a suitable resolution, such as additional support hours or revisions where feasible.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if you are a consumer located in the European Union and the service/digital content is provided remotely, you may have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason, provided the service has not yet started or digital content has not been accessed/downloaded.

Once performance begins (e.g., consultation call scheduled/delivered or digital access granted) and you have consented to this, your right of withdrawal is lost. To exercise this right (if applicable), contact us at sales@acvconsulting.com within the 14-day period. Refunds under this provision will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days, subject to verification.

Refunds Process

If a refund is approved (e.g., pre-delivery cancellation or qualifying quality issue), we will notify you and process it automatically to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 10 business days, though your bank or card issuer may take additional time.
