Who We Are
ACV Consulting helps purpose-led consumer brands become market leaders. We do that as a fractional CMO, an interim CMO, or a strategic partner on brand, digital, and retail — senior leadership without a full-time hire.
The work sits on three pillars: leadership, innovation, and purpose. The point is to keep a brand true to what it actually stands for, then turn that into positioning, e-commerce, and growth you can measure. Strategy stays human-led. AI is how we cut through the data, not how we replace judgment.
Aaron Carpenter founded ACV. He was VP of Global Marketing at The North Face, where the brand grew from $1 billion to $2 billion in five years, and he led the digital build of LeviStraussSignature.com to $200 million in three years. He still leads most engagements, including interim CMO work for brands such as Tracksmith and Sea to Summit.
Around him is a small bench of operators, not a generalist agency roster.
Christopher Peak, Principal and SVP of Retail Development, brings the operational discipline of Apple Retail to physical commerce. Darshaun Nadeau, Principal for Digital Architecture, built Solis into Japan’s third-largest domain registrar before its acquisition by GMO Internet, and owns the technical foundation brands need to scale. Sabrina Lafosse, Director of Digital Marketing and E-commerce Development, designed ACV’s Digital Growth Assessment after leading digital and e-commerce at Giro, Royal Robbins, and ThinOptics. Ian Dewar advises on loyalty and customer intelligence, including the VIPeak program at The North Face and global strategy at Anthropologie. Erika Carpenter, Director of Client Success, keeps engagements moving from intake to a plan a team can actually use.
The offer is simple: brand builders and digital operators who have already done the hard part inside iconic companies, now inside yours.
